Tartanillia is one of the oldest mode of transportation not only in Cebu but all through out the Philippines. Tartanilla or kalesa is a horse-drawn carriage which is still exist in some local streets here in Cebu City. They roam around the busy street in Borromeo, Leon Kilat and some part of Colon street. The common destination or route of this Tartanilla is going to Duljo Fatima St., Pasil, Taboan and some places that were close to the mentioned streets .
Here is the video of me and my girlfriend on a Tartanillia, it's her first time.
